TaxAudit literally represents you and faces the IRS

I got assigned to someone very quickly. And I was updated nicely through the process and then had my call with James. He was fantastic. Unfortunately for me, the bill from the IRS was legit and based on a W2 I missed for my wife years ago. But James walked me through absolutely everything, helped me understand my notice even more, helped me understand my options and then gave me all the information I needed to complete the payment and resolve the issue as that was what I wanted to do after confirming with him that everything was correct on the notice. I will 100% add this service again every year I do my taxes and truly appreciate how great James was.
