Tax Audit was the best investment I made

Savannah was truly exceptional. My old company failed to send me a W-2 which caused a significant tax issue. The IRS fought tooth and nail for over a year that I owed taxes despite Savannah's calculations that I was owed a refund. Savannah was the best advocate I could have had and she represented me despite the many attempts by the IRS to get me to settle. She never wavered and was always steady. She was an absolute professional and an extreme pleasure to work with. She was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I could not have been better represented. She finally got the IRS to agree to the calculated refund after over a year of back and forth. Tax Audit was the best investment I made when filing my taxes through TurboTax.
