I loved the TaxAudit app which made submitted documents easy

Ms. Norris was the most efficient, patient, and knowledgeable person I could have wished to have worked on my behalf. The details of the issue were complicated. It resulted from a stock sale owned by 3 persons, multiple by-outs by different companies, stock splits, and the passing away of 2 of the stock owners at different times, and all of this ranged over 30 years. She could see through the fog of all the information, state what I needed to get document-wise in a concise and detailed manner, and then present my case to the IRS.  She easily saved me over $10k with her knowledge and help to understand what was needed. I have subscribed to TaxAudit from when TurboTax first started offering it and I will continue until I pass away. I have always recommended this product to all my family and friends even before I ever needed it.  Without Sheila's knowledge of the tax laws, I would have easily paid the entire bill sent from the IRS with the errors that they had made.  She caught the errors and contacted the IRS on my behalf many times and we prevailed!!!
