I received a notification from my state that I had made an error in our 2019 income tax calculations (using TurboTax) and owed additional taxes and interest. I initially forget that I had contacted for TurboTax Audit Defense from TaxAudit so I was flummoxed as to how I would deal with the issue. Then I recalled TaxAudit and after contacting them was quickly placed in contact with Erin. Erin was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient.

It took a while (nearly 10 months) to get the issue resolved, but through Erin's tenacity, she was able to convince the state that the error was theirs, not mine or TurboTax. In the final resolution, rather than owing nearly $1,000 we actually received a refund of more than $600 from the state. Needless to say, I am quite pleased with the service we received.
