I'm blown-away by the level of professionalism from TaxAudit

I am literally blown-away by the level of professionalism from TaxAudit at several levels. First of all, Erin is a massive asset to TaxAudit's team. Her communication, her responsibility, her consistent follow-up and her ability to move things forward would make her a treasure to any employer. I don't know if everyone at TaxAudit is as amazing at client communication as her, but if not, she should be promoted and train all TaxAudit representatives in that area. TaxAudit kept communication moving forward. The updates were always about next steps, and I didn't have to worry about superfluous correspondence from TaxAudit. I was fully informed of the state of my case. Most of the time, TaxAudit would contact me before I would get a status letter from the IRS. This is AMAZING! TaxAudit effectively ensures that I have peace of mind, rather than the surprise of an IRS letter that I would not understand, (which could have potentially made me uncertain and thus nervous). TaxAudit had a team working behind the scenes, and cross checking with one another, in order to ensure they took the best strategy for my case. I am so grateful for this. There is no way I would have been able to navigate any of that alone. Furthermore, I don't think any legal team would have come close to be as effective as TaxAudit. Overall, I am thrilled with the outcome, and can't believe the above and beyond level of service I received for the Audit Defense I paid. I'd never file taxes again without signing-up for TaxAudit first.

It was frustrating at best to have been subjected to the stress of an IRS issue to begin with. It was their mistake and it was under a tool early on, yet Covid came about and made a huge mess of basically everything. Chelsea was fabulous in keeping me informed of where my case stood, as she was able to make contacts that I was unable to make. She kept me reassured and calm throughout the extremely long and unnecessary process. I would definitely use TaxAudit again, but it is my hope that that won't be necessary.
