A notice that we were being audited, well, that's akin to a doctor's diagnosis that surgery is necessary!! Yikes..... But I logged into TaxAudit and began the process of getting help. First contact with your people was very encouraging. We were asked not to speak to the IRS agent, and Susie took over all communications. We have two home offices, and when a site visit was required by the IRS, we left the house and she flew in from California to meet him as our representative.

TaxAudit is one of the best investments we have ever made. Susie was a friend in the midst of a storm. I tell everyone about the service. Don't use TurboTax without taking advantage of the TaxAudit protection.
