My audit representative was amazing!!

Our audit representative has been the most personable, wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and supportive Audit support specialist that we could have ever dreamed of. She always followed up with us on every step. She went the extra steps to call us and explain what to expect and how the Tax Audit group would provide support. The IRS made an error and she stood up to the IRS on our behalf. She was able to show the IRS that they had made a mistake, and due to her diligence the IRS corrected the mistake. It was a decision reversal, and correction that was to our benefit. Her intelligent and well informed support gave us peace of mind, and provided us a tremendous amount of relief while we were going through such a harrowing, awful time of being audited and feeling threatened by the IRS. We cannot express enough how thankful we are, and appreciate all the work that was done on our behalf by our audit representative and her team.
