Thanks again for your help!! From my perspective, this matter was handled very professionally, and with very timely response. Dealing with the IRS is not something I care to be involved with. Without your service I most likely would have sent them a check & hoped they were satisfied. Not the right thing to do: knowing I didn't owe the additional tax; BUT what's the average taxpayer to do? Again thanks for your excellent assistance.

I was GREATLY appreciative and relieved when your email arrived saying that you would be the contact with the IRS. It was nice to know that someone who knows how to deal with them and understands their jargon was working on my behalf! Although I was somewhat rattled, you were calm and reassuring (all of the people I talked to in the process of being assigned to you were!!).
