Our entire matter was made so very much more smooth by the professionalism, kindness, compassion, and communications by Lance. From the very start, Lance made it clear that his primary role was to help us as best as he can. He made no promises as to the outcome but assured us that he will surely do his utmost according to all laws and policies. He provided us with all the necessary paperwork and forms, guided us completely on all required paperwork/proof that we will be submitting - all the while fully explaining each and as to why they were needed -- always double-checking that all we sent him were correct and properly filled out and signed/dated. I know he is busy and works on multiple cases, but always accessible via messaging or even phone. Our case was made longer and more complicated due to the COVID-19 emergency, but even then Lance kept me updated frequently as to what was going on and his attempts to contact the IRS. If you are audited, I hope you are able to work with Chelsea. She made the process less painful and less frightening. Chelsea explained the audit process so that I was comfortable with the ambiguity. Chelsea explained what documents she needed from me, and why. Chelsea explained how to create documents to track certain information, to make it easier to assemble needed data.
