Our audit representative was over and above what we expected...which was to solve our tax problem. He did that, and more. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to explain things and reassure us. He guided us throughout the process with confidence and good follow-up. He took away about 90% of the stress of being audited. That's quite an accomplishment. In the middle of the audit, my husband had a stroke which left him with aphasia, an inability to speak or understand fully.
