This was my first experience with TaxAudit.com and turned out to be better than I could have imagined. The process started with a responsive person on the phone, a quick follow-up from the case coordinator and then, most of all, incredibly efficient and helpful work by the audit representative. She analyzed my situation, requested relevant documents (all of which I could upload via the MAP site), and kept in touch by phone when needed. An initial tax bill turned into a modest refund. Couldn't have asked for better assistance.
